Olaoluwa Bayo Solademi was a Registered Nurse in Nigeria (trained at Seventh-Day Adventist School of Nursing, Ile-Ife). He holds a BSc. degree in Public Health from Babcock University, Nigeria and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Ibadan.

He was the pioneer lecturer in the department of public health, having designed the curriculum and defended the proposal to run the program in Adeleke University, Nigeria, where he worked from 2011 to 2016 before relocating to California in the US.

Currently, Olaoluwa is licensed as a Registered Nurse and as a Life Insurance broker by the State of California. As an RN he cares for sick people and teaches them how to live healthy. As an Insurance broker with PHP Agency, he provides financial literacy to people by helping them develop investment plans such as Life Insurance with cash accumulation and living benefits; Annuities, Debt settlement, Business development and so on.
